Now Hiring a Building Cleaner
We are looking for a part-time cleaner that can do building monthly cleans and move-outs. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must maintain cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Tasks may include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and disposing of trash.

When it all started
Nicole opened Blue Bridge Property Management in 2021
with Steve, her business partner, who is a Sergeant for the
Winnebago Sheriff ’s Department. Nicole’s background as an
Administrative Assistant and Leasing Specialist with Gorman
and Company in Rockford is how she got her start. As District
Manager of over 500 doors with Becovic Holdings her experience blossomed preparing her to become a business owner.
Evolution
Blue Bridge evolved when Nicole, who loves being a wife and mother, decided to put her experience to work for herself and family. She crossed “The Bridge”, realizing she wanted to be that person to help owners succeed and see their investments flourish, whether it be one house or large complexes.
Why “Blue Bridge”?
Nicole says, “The Bridge” is a reminder that we don’t work for each other, rather we work with each other. And why “Blue”? Blue means depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity and wisdom– all of which she
brings to the table for her business. And why she named her dog Blu!
Small Company – Big Heaert
Blue Bridge is unique in that it is a small company with a big heart. Nicole’s goal is to see her clients’ investments work for them. Being small is her biggest challenge, but her dad gave her some great advice, compliments of Albert Einstein:
